"Pretty tasty, but why so expensive??"
I thought these treats tasted really good, honestly. I just keep wondering if they’re actually worth the price?? They’re nice, but maybe a little too pricey for what you get.

"Good flavor, but way too sweet for me"
I tried the cookies and cake truffles, and at first I thought the flavors were fun. But after a few bites, everything started tasting really sweet, almost too much for me. A couple of bites also had that slightly stale taste, which was disappointing. I kind of felt dismissed when I mentioned it, like it was just my preference and not really worth noting. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but I don’t think it’s something I’d order again anytime soon.

"Good Gift, Just Showed Up Late"
I sent this as a gift and, it did end up arriving later than I expected, which was a little frustrating because timing kind of matters with gifts. But once it got there, they said it tasted really good, so at least that part worked out. Not perfect because of the delay, but not a total miss either.

"Wrong items, missing item, not great"
My order showed up with the wrong items, and one thing was missing too. I waited on support for way too long, way too long, and it just made the whole thing more frustrating. i wouldn’t order from here again

So, I’m not saying it was a complete disaster, but the delivery was kind of a mess. The order showed up late, the tracking barely updated, and when I tried to get help, no one really did much. Super relaxing experience, obviously...

"Easy cupcake order with one small hiccup"
I ordered cupcakes and the whole process was simple. The checkout page did lag for me once, but it went through fine and the confirmation email showed up right away. If that’s how their orders usually go, I’d say it’s a reliable setup. I’d order again.

"Packaging could be better"
The box arrived a little dented, so the packaging was just okay. For me it wasn’t a huge issue, but I think other customers would probably appreciate a bit more protection during shipping.

"They fixed my order really fast"
I put in the wrong delivery info by mistake and reached out to customer service. They got back to me quickly and fixed it without making it a whole thing. Super easy, super nice, and just really easy to deal with
